Air raid sirens were heard in the Ukrainian regions bordering Belarus on Tuesday afternoon.

Two missiles launched from the territory of Belarus targeted Zhytomyr region.

Region governor Vitaly Bunechko confirmed two explosions not naming the objects of the attack.

Later, the authorities reported that the strikes did not cause any casualties.
