Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church sends a clear message on Covid jabs by hosting a regular vaccination point in its major Kyiv church.

The vaccination point,  open from 10 am until 5 pm,  was set up at the request from health officials.

 

Visitors are seen  patiently waiting for roll up their sleeves for a jab among icons and murals.

CoronaVac, Comirnaty/Pfizer-BioNTech and AstraZeneca vaccines were available.

In his sermon on Sunday service,  the leader of  Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church said they will eagerly welcome  vaccination points in all of their churches  in Ukraine and abroad.

 

The church strictly follows a mask and social distancting rules.   The cathedral doesn’t look a busy place though compared to regular vaccination points that  – no rush and lines.

 

The queue moves fast, and getting a shot  people still linger around to make sure there is no allergic reaction.

 

 

Appoinments are not required, visitors can get it done it in a few minutes.
